At Reya Wellness, we are committed to your satisfaction and healing journey. Due to the nature of energy work and the time and intention invested in each session, all sales for Reiki services are final. Once a session is booked and/or completed, we are unable to offer refunds. We understand that life happens, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice. If you need to change your appointment time, please contact us as soon as possible.
Why no refunds?
Reiki is a deeply personal and energetic practice. Results can vary based on the individual's openness, receptivity, and healing process. As with all holistic services, healing is not always linear or instantly felt. Your time and energetic space are reserved especially for you, which means another client cannot take your spot once booked. Thank you for your understanding and for honoring the energetic exchange this work entails.
